We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Research, Innovation & Grant Officer to support innovation project development, scientific and technical documentation, research grant applications, and project management activities that drive innovation and commercialization.

Primary Goal

Transform scientific knowledge into well-structured innovation projects by developing scientific and technical documentation, preparing research grant proposals, and managing funded projects to ensure timely and successful delivery of project outcomes.

Position Objective

To coordinate and manage scientific, technical, and project documentation in accordance with international standards, support research grant applications, facilitate collaboration with R&D teams and clinical partners, and contribute to the development and commercialization of science-based innovations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the R&D team to develop Concept Memos, R&D Briefs, and Technical Feasibility Studies.
  • Prepare and compile project proposals for research grants from government agencies and private funding organizations.
  • Manage grant-funded projects, monitor progress, and ensure timely submission of milestone reports and project deliverables.
  • Prepare advanced scientific and technical documents, including Investigator’s Brochures, Technical Dossiers, and Clinical Evidence Summaries.
  • Coordinate clinical trials and product efficacy studies and prepare supporting scientific documentation and evidence.
  • Conduct literature reviews, patent searches, market research, and technology landscaping to support innovation projects.
  • Coordinate with universities, hospitals, research institutes, consultants, and external partners involved in research and innovation activities.
  • Support intellectual property development, technology commercialization, BOI applications, innovation registration, and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following fields:

  • Food Science
  • Chemistry
  • Biology
  • Biotechnology
  • Medical Sciences
  • Pharmacy
  • Public Health
  • Or other related applied science disciplines

Experience

  • *Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.*
  • Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in relevant fields will also be considered, including:
  • Scientific or Technical Writing
  • Research & Development (R&D)
  • Regulatory Affairs (RA)
  • Clinical Research
  • Research Project Management
  • Grant Proposal Development
  • Product Development
  • Scientific Documentation

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas will receive special consideration:

  • Research grant applications to agencies such as NRCT, NXPO, NIA, PMU-C, or other funding organizations.
  • Clinical trials or product efficacy studies.
  • Preparation of Technical Dossiers, Investigator’s Brochures, or Clinical Documentation.
  • Patent searching, intellectual property management, BOI applications, or innovation registration programs.
  • Health products, dietary supplements, cosmetics, herbal medicines, or medical devices.
  • Experience in project coordination, scientific documentation, grant administration, or stakeholder engagement will be considered an advantage.

  • Ability to search, evaluate, and synthesize information from scientific literature, databases, and patent resources.
  • Basic understanding of patents, petty patents, and intellectual property management.
  • Understanding of BOI investment promotion privileges and innovation registration frameworks.
  • Ability to assess market opportunities, technical feasibility, and commercialization potential of innovation projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to prepare business, technical, and project documentation with high accuracy.

Soft Skills

  • Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and document accuracy.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to emerging technologies and innovation trends.

Language Requirements

  • Native or professional working proficiency in Thai.
  • English proficiency at CEFR B1-B2 level or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and prepare scientific, technical, and project-related documentation in English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with researchers, external organizations, government agencies, and international partners.

  • Compensation package will be determined based on qualifications, experience, competencies, and potential.
