🚀 We're Hiring | Lead Salesforce Engineer (Senior Level) 📍 Location: SCB Park Ratchayothin, Bangkok, Thailand 🏢 Company: InsureX 💼 Employment Type: Full-time Lead the Future of Enterprise Salesforce at InsureX InsureX is looking for an experienced Lead Salesforce Engineer to lead the design, development, and continuous enhancement of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving complex business challenges, leading technical teams, and building enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions within one of Thailand's leading digital insurance companies. Key Responsibilities - Lead Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementation and enhancement projects - Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions and integration architecture - Develop enterprise solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flow, and Salesforce platform capabilities - Integrate Salesforce with enterprise platforms including Data Cloud, Genesys Cloud, Line OA, Entra ID, SMS API, PDF Generator API, and other enterprise services - Provide technical leadership and mentor Salesforce developers - Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, Product Owners, and business stakeholders - Manage production support, incident investigation, root cause analysis, and platform stabilization - Govern code quality, secure development practices, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment - Ensure compliance with enterprise security, IT governance, and regulatory standards Qualifications - 8–10+ years of Salesforce or enterprise application development experience - Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud - Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and deployment tools - Strong knowledge of OWASP, Secure Coding, Access Control, and Cyber Security best practices - Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers - Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills - Salesforce Certifications will be an advantage Why Join InsureX? ✅ Work on enterprise-scale Salesforce transformation ✅ Modern Cloud & Digital Technology environment ✅ Opportunity to lead technical strategy and architecture ✅ Collaborative and high-performing technology team ✅ Competitive compensation and employee benefits 📩 Interested in joining our team?
