Job Description
-Provide functional support for ERP/Odoo users and consultants.
-Troubleshoot and resolve ERP/Odoo system issues related to Accounting and other business modules.
-Assist users with system usage, issue investigation, and problem resolution.
-Support system configuration based on business requirements.
-Coordinate with consultants and developers to resolve technical and functional issues.
-Prepare support documentation and user guides.
-Conduct user training and provide system usage guidance when required.
-Monitor reported issues and follow up until resolution.
-Support system testing after bug fixes or new feature implementation.
-Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely and professional support.

Requirement
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
-At least 2 years of experience in ERP Support, ERP Helpdesk, Application Support, or a related role.
-Experience with Odoo ERP is highly preferred.
-Knowledge of Accounting processes and ERP Accounting modules.
-Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
-Good communication and customer service skills.
-Able to coordinate effectively with consultants, developers, and customers.
-Able to work independently and manage multiple support cases.
-Basic English communication skills, including reading, writing emails, and communicating with foreign customers.
